Avocado w Chilli + Smoked Salmon on Toasted Bagels
For one bagel, half of large perfectly ripened avocado is enough. You can use plain, seeded or wholewheat bagels. Whatever your heart's desire. The below is for 2 people.
Avocado | Smoked Salmon | 2 Bagels | Half Clove Garlic [grated] | 1 Small Lemon | Salad Cress | Chilli Flakes | Salt + Pepper
Scoop the avocado in a bowl and add the lemon juice and garlic. Using a fork, crush and mix the avocado. Taste and season accordingly with salt + pepper. Set aside.
Slice the bagels in half and toast. Once done, spread the avocado on each half bagels.
Sprinkle with Chilli flakes and layer with Smoked Salmon. Add the Cress on top and serve with a lime wedge.
