This is today's brunch. No recipe required. The Oriental in me called for a quick Chilli + Tamarind Fried Rice which is pretty straightforward. You just add the chilli oil to a 'wok hei' hot rice and half a teaspoon of tamarind paste. Voila.
Btw, i'm loving these Serax ceramics! They look fab as ovenware and... tableware! Winning!
